Terms & Conditions
1. PARTS
- The customers are informed correctly. It is not allowed to be sold any parts as OEM if they are aftermarket.
- The parts have 6 months guarantee depending on some conditions. The conditions are going to be checked and if the supplier recognizes that the problem is because of the part, the customer's rights will be protected and the relevant reactions will be taken according to it.
- There is going to be minimum of order quantity if the part is manufactured.
2. PRICES
- Due to exchange rate in Turkey, we are unable to give the prices on the website. The parts' prices have to be consulted to us directly.
- The prices are given EXW according to INCOTERMS. If the Buyer accepts and demands for freight cost to be checked, the freight cost is going to be checked and the offer is going to be given according to it.
- The prices are valid for 5 business days. Any responsibilities cannot be accepted by us if the parts are not confirmed after the period time.

3. THE PAYMENT
- The receipt of payment has to be sent to us to be able to save and for the parts to be able to be despatched. Any parts are not going to be despatched and delivered if the receipt of payment is not sent to us.
- The payments have to be transferred to the IBAN which is indicated in the invoice. If there is a mistake while writing the IBAN, the customer will be informed and after the payment is transferred again, the parts will be delivered. Any payments by credit cards is not accepted due to safety policies.
4. AMENDMENTS
- If there will be amendment, the amendments are going to be negotiated mutually and be decided by two parties.
