Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

     - Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

     - Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or special handling requirements.

2. Delivery & Transit

     - We offer domestic and international shipping throught reputable logistics providers.

     - Estimated delivery times vary by destination and a shipping method, typically ranging from 2 to 15 business days.

     - Customers will receive a tracking number once the shipment is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

     - Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, dimensions, and service level.

     - Shipping costs are given as estimated shipping costs. If the estimated shipping cost is given more than the actual shipping cost, the credit will be opened on behalf of the customer and that credit will be used anytime the customer wants. If the estimated shipping cost is less than the actual shipping cost, the customer is going to be charged in the next purchase. If it is not paid, the shipments are going to be cancelled until the customer pays.

4. Packaging & Documentation

     - All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

     - Shipments include a packing list and where applicable, compliance and customs documentation.

5. Customs & Import Duties

     - For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their country.

     - We provide necessary export documentation to facilitate customs clearance.

6. Delivery Delays

     - While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

        - Customs inspections

        - Weather conditions or force meajure

        - Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

     - If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

        - Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

        - Provide supporting documentation (e.g. photos, delivery, receipt)

        - We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
